Corrosion Indicator

A card with a pure copper strip that instantly shows, at a glance, whether corrosion is occurring. Return it for a certified ANSI/ISA-71.04 lab report that classifies the environment from G1 Mild to GX Severe.

Detects H₂S, SO₂, Cl₂ and NOx — the reactive gases that attack PCBs and connectors.
Case History

A pure copper strip was seen darkening in one spot inside a computer room, near the fresh-air inlet. The AirCertify™ indicator was sent for ANSI/ISA-71.04 lab analysis. Test results showed that corrosion levels exceeded G1 requirements for data centers. It was found that unfiltered, contaminated outdoor air was entering the room and driving elevated corrosion rates.

Air Particle Indicator

A high-contrast collection surface that instantly shows if the air is dirty or a particle event has occurred — for example from nearby renovation work. Return it for an ISO 14644-1 cleanliness classification.

Classifies 0.5, 1 and 5 µm particle concentrations per cubic metre of air.
Case History

A gas extinguishing system accidentally discharged during servicing. The operator needed to know whether the event had raised airborne particles to dangerous levels. The AirCertify™ air particle indicator was sent for laboratory processing. The lab report showed that despite the discharge, particle levels stayed within the ISO 14644-1 Class 8 limit.

A typical exposure is 30 to 90 days. The corrosion result is normalised to a 30-day rate, so longer exposures still produce a valid, comparable reading. Longer monitoring periods are also supported.

A certified PDF report for each card you return: an ANSI/ISA-71.04 corrosion severity report or an ISO 14644-1 air particle classification. The sample verdict shown on each indicator above is the headline result such a report confirms.
